There are 3 types of forms to return to Mr Ho on Monday (26/10)
1st form : Pulau Ubin NPCC Camp Resilience ( Section1-Applicant's Particulars)
2nd form : RE:Area8 ATC- for Sec 2s
STC- for Sec3s
3rd form : ATC /STC -Section 2 Applicant's particulars

Regarding the Sentosa consent form, get it signed and passed back to OC/TOs on Tuesday itself.
Hope you guys enjoy yourself there on tuesday.. If you guys unsure go Sentosa for what, you guys will be going Sentosa for (Hike cum CIP)
